Partners Through People’s business development and sales training programs grew out of our founders’ fruitless search for ways to grow their own companies. They tried overpriced out of town consultants, various local sales trainers and dozens of ‘motivational’ books, CD’s and videos, but none of these things provided them with the results they were looking for.

After spending and losing hundreds of thousands of dollars and trying for years with little to no avail, Samual J. Lucci III and Maribeth Lucci Ph.D. decided to develop their own internal programs to build their business and train salespeople. They dedicated themselves to studying human behavior and learning how to improve people’s productivity and proficiency. Eventually they began to piece together the missing links and were able to get real results.

The success of their methods inspired them to create Partners Through People.
