Herbert E. Brown, Ph.D.

Herb has more than 35 years experience as a business owner, sales professional, educator and consultant in the marketing and sales management fields. He has taught at Miami, Rutgers, The Ohio State University, Wright State, Southern Illinois, Robert Morris, the ESSEC graduate school of Management in Sergy-Pontoise, France, and the University of the Frontier in Temuco, Chile. Dr. Brown was the founding, executive director of the Massey Center for Business Innovation and Development at Robert Morris University where he taught entrepreneurship and built a degree program in entrepreneurship. Dr. Brown's Ph.D. is from The Ohio State University. He has published dozens of articles and is the author of a book: Cases in Direct Response Marketing. Among the honors he has received are the Wright State University College of Business Outstanding Scholarship Award, the Distinguished Community Service Award from his hometown of Fairborn, Ohio, and selection by the Ohio Jaycees' as one of the state's Top Ten Outstanding Young Men in 1975.
